"President’s numbers have clearly settled in an unhealthy range."
It was just too sweet to pass up. And this from right leaning Rasmussen Reports.

From a longer term perspective, the President’s numbers have clearly settled in an unhealthy range. While his numbers have averaged 41% over the past eleven months, that’s down four points from a year ago--in February 2006, the President’s Job Approval was at 45%. Even more dramatically, his ratings are down ten points over the past two years. In February 2005, the President’s full month approval rating was 51%.

1. "Unhealthy" almost doesn't cover it.
Bush is deeply unpopular and does not enjoy the trust, confidence, or admiration of the American people.

In the next 2-3 years there are going to be books by historians written about this president, and they are going to be sizzlers.

5. Almost. It'll be kind of ironic for his approval rate to finally match his IQ.

7. Sounds like a medical euphemism
You know, like when the doctor says you will feel some "slight discomfort" and what you feel is more like "searing pain."

If Dr. Rasmussen says I'm a little "unhealthy," I'm probably not going to hear it anyway, since I'll be 6 feet under.
