Deja vu...heard lots of the SOTU past 5 years!
And NOTHING has changed..."less dependent on oil" but our dependency has increased from 50 some percent to 70%!!!

Here comes the 9/11 fear mongering....

3. Nothing' new. Though 'talking heads" on MSM will hash it over, pretending something new.
Interesting, but Darth Vader sat there exceptionally "sour" looking throughout, EXCEPT when Shrub mentioned more "energy independence." To that statement, Darth sneared broadly, sadistically as if he knew what an inside joke it was...NEVER gonna happen as long as Darth (and friends) have anything to do with it.

4. I only heard part of it. One thing I caught was
his proposal for a civilian corp that would support the military. This sounds so warm and cuddly --- What I hear is billions for Halliburton, Caci, Dyncorp, and Blackwater. When/if the Iraq War ends these companies will need to stay on the gravy train and in our wallets.
