tribal government officials to submit terror risks, is he expecting an attack from
the Indian reservations, is this a One if by Land, Two if by sea?

1. i cant understand him, he talks with his head so far up his ass..

2. well, this is probably more terror hype

but I think that we should spend our money wisely on security, he ignored the whole ports
issue but wants to make sure that the interior is safe.
