Short Satire - Must Read

[Infinite Hope]

True Story, not a created satire. My cousin doesn't follow or know anything about politics. He left a message on a blog I have that says simply "BUSH ROCK!!!!!!!!" (Yes, no "s" on the end of "rock"). I replied on his blog with the following:

"What's "Bush Rock?"

Is that some new type of rock music where the "band" babbles something "strategerilly" indecipherable, mindless conservative fans cheer unblinkingly, the band slits the wrists of their drone-fans without said fans even realizing they've been slit and instead think their lives have somehow been "embettered," and then they blow up the stage?

It's lightly touched on sparing all important details.

Then when it's reported by the media four years later. Then, the diehard fans whose eyes are opened to their previous obliviousness realize they've "misunderestimated" the fallacy and danger of Bush Rock because nothing harmful could come from within.

Meanwhile, the remaining steadfast fans insist it's all misinformation by a media biased against their music preference - the tune of bliss - and continue about their cultlike ways.

Is that what Bush Rock is?"
