I personally can't stand him very much, as he is too on message, and his message ain't liberal.

If Gore runs, perhaps Edwards would be his best running mate (two Southern Senators... compliments and completes the ticket).

If Gore don't run, I will support Kucinich or whomever is the most viable liberal.

Who do you like for Edwards running mate?

Edwards has more experience, a better grassroots machine, strong support in Iowa (above all other candidates), is likeable and gives people hope, and his message (Two Americas) has been vindicated and gives him extra credibility. He's the one to watch, frankly, and could make it difficult for Clinton.

I think you're wrong in your analysis though. If Obama enters the race... the race will instantly be all about Obama and Hillary. There will be no money, no endorsements, no nothing for the rest of candidates.

and gravely underestimates Edwards' strength in individual states, especially Iowa. Further, he has union strength which will be crucial.

I still may vote for Edwards in the primary, but I think if Obama enters the race, Edwards' star will fade.

26. That was very specific to Gephardt because he and Dean had been

attacking each other (or at least their campaigns were). You won't see Edwards run on negative campaign.
