If I remember correctly, a number of well known Dems in congress, including Obama, said words to the effect that Chavez shouldn't speak that way about "the pResident" or "another world leader."

It puzzled me at the time (Democratic leaders condemning Chavez) but I put it down to them just playing politic. otherwise some news-faux-journalist would have asked them "So, you agree with Chavez that our pResident is the devil!?"

Of course,real progressives should have been agreeing with him, whatever else one thinks about the Venezualan leader. Chumperator certainly is as good an incarnation of an ignorant dangerous devil as one is likely to find in history.
