7. Ever wondered how many C-SPAN callers are paid operatives?

I've never even been able to get anyone to answer the phone when I call in. Either I get a busy signal OR the phone rings and rings and rings -- and then cuts off. Not ONCE has anyone answered the phone. Yet people call in and say "Hi, Peter/Brian/Susan, I haven't called in for a couple of months but. . ." and some people get caught calling in more than once a month. How come they can get through and I can't???
