Will the new in-coming Congress help reverse the Bankruptcy Law
Legislation passed congress in April of 2005 makes impossible for many middle class Americans to wipe out the debt incurred during health-care crisis, and difficult family times. Democrats joined with the Rethugs in time of chaos this bad bill. So please if you care about middle class America, please tell the newly elected congress and existing congress to repeal this unfair legislation.

1. Ms. Clinton's Little Friend, The Bankruptcy Law?
I suspect that she'll cling to that sucker as tenaciously as she clings to the Iraq War.

3. She Did
She voted for it first time - abstained the second time - so people like you could buy that she's not a shill of the Predator Class.

4. Quite a leap there. Careful you don't hurt yourself.
Since when does pointing out a senator's voting record = shilling for predators?

I provided a link to document my statement. Where's yours?

8. Trivial Leap
1. Here's the evidence: http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=107&session=1&vote=00036
2. That only good thing about that bill is it was was such a craven, lopsided shill for the credit card industry that there's no room for reasonable doubt - if she voted for it, she's dirty as hell.

9. The "Predator Class"
Oooohhhhh! Excellent! I'm going to be stealing that one if you don't mind. Much better than the investor class.

5. if I recall correctly, Hillary didn't vote for it because the vote was . . .
scheduled when Bill was having his medical problems, and she was with him in New York . . . she has in the past, however, supported very similar legislation . . .

as to whether the new Congress will act, that all depends on how many of them accepted donations from the banking and credit card industries . . . it certainly won't get any support from Delaware representatives . . .

6. IIRC, didn't 40 or more Dems vote for it in the House?
Not to mention the inevitable filibuster in the Senate, or if it got that far bush's veto pen.

There will need to be a very broad consensus to get anything done in the next two years.
