Just saw on MSNBC Feingold to not seek nomination?
If true I'm really bummed :( They stated he announced in a letter to his PAC.

3. I'm bummed because
I thought he had a very good chance to steer the dialogue like Dean was able to last time around. But, maybe he wants to just concentrate on moving forward his agenda in Congress. Go Russ.
