Impeachment? Let Albatross Georgie Stay In Office
Bush is our punching bag now. Having him remain in the White House
gives us one of the easiest targets in U.S. political history. Bush serves
our cause better as the premier example all that is wrong with the GOP and
its reactionary patrons than he would as First Defendant.

Investigate everything he's done? Of course. Call his sorry ass out every
chance we get? You're damned right. Drag him into court every time he
attempts to dodge a subpoena? You bet. But impeach him? What for?
We can ride his unpopularity and disgrace all the way to complete political
domination by just leaving him in place. We ran against him in 2006 and
took both Houses of Congress. Let's run against him again in 2008, take
the presidency and a whole bunch more Republican seats in Congress. Lots
of GOP Senators up for re-election in 2008.

The next 2 years are going to be a living Hell for Georgie. As the worst
president this country has ever had he will continue to be the lightning rod
for all this country's many discontents with the way things are going.

George W. Bush is the GOP's albatross. Why help them?

2. Bu$h is the best chance the Democrats have in 08
The longer he stays in his little punkin seat, the better the chances for who ever the Democrats decide to run against his successor

3. I love to see
him kissing Pelosi's ass. May he do it many times in the next 2 years and his legacy will always be the worst president ever.

5. You have a point! Also, if he isn't impeached...we can always
threaten that if he vetos our bills or promotes unpopular issues we can say, "Vote with us or we'll start the impeachment process. We'd have complete control and we wouldn't have Cheney as the new president. :puke:
Sometimes it pays to think things out rationally...rather than react to our emotions/anger. Isn't that just what bush* did when he went into Iraq because he hated Saddam for trying to kill his Daddy and was taking revenge. All the other reasons why were just window dressing.
