1. This is probably more of a litmus test as how much of an optimist you are
Except for the first two options, in which case you're a pie-in-the-sky dreamer.

And the last two options, in which case you're paranoid.

4. I terms of organizing the Senate, he's a Democrat. That's all that matters.
Well, not ALL that matters. Obviously Lamont is preferable. But Lieberman is only winning in Connecticut because his constituents trust that he'll sit on the Democratic side and vote our way most of the time. It'd be political suicide for him to organize with the Republicans. So yes, Lieberman counts as a Democrat for this poll.

Pennsylvania, Ohio, Montana, Rhode Island.

I would love to see six or seven. Unfortunately (for whatever reason)voting for party seems to be more important than voting for country in a majority of "red" states.
