Harold and Hillary can blow it out their asses!!!
...WHY can they not back up Kerry and his statement about Bush's failed policy in Iraq instead of calling on him to *apologize*??

7. Hmmmm. I think it sucks what he said. But - he has to say it to
win in Tennessee - which unfortunately, it doesn't look like he will (down 4)

9. I support letting this whole mess blow over.
This isn't about Kerry. This is about an election next week. This whole mess was designed to change the subject, and wanting Dems to perpetuate it is poor strategy. It is a nonissue and shouldn't be dignified as anything more than that.

11. I agree AtomicKitten
With the plethora of scandal, by the Republican controlled rubber stamp congress, they want nothing more than to change the subject. They are in deep fecal material with the American People and they know it.

12. How about Jon Tester?
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/headline/nation/4302629.html

"Sen. Kerry's remarks were poorly worded and just plain stupid," said Montana Senate President Jon Tester, a Democrat trying to unseat GOP Sen. Conrad Burns. "He owes our troops and their families an apology."
