4. He's impressive.
Frankly, he sucked about 4 months ago -- he tended to disappear in a room full of other pols. I think he has grown to the point where that wouldn't happen any more. Simply a marvelous pure politician. Still needs a tiny bit of seasoning -- he comes across as a glib lightweight. Assuming Kerry loses against Bush, this guy will be a monster in 2008 if he runs.

9. Edwards speaks the truth about...
everything. I'm in N.C., worked for his '98 Senate campaign and he has served us well. He does believe and so do I, he has hope for the future. And--I do also live 'In A Small Town.' lol

11. Pacing was off -- spoke too fast.
Seemed a little perfunctory. You can just see the talent, though. No more of his 'son of a millworker' pabulum. As much as I dislike some of his supporters here, I can't seem to dislike this guy.

If Kerry wins the primary and makes him the VP candidate, he's going to be almost irresistable in 2008. Maybe Hillary could stop him.

12. So, how the hell is Kerry winning this thing?
I'm watching and as usual Kerry gives the weakest speech of the four. A total snooze from beginning to end. He seems unable to condense his ideas into short statements. People are going to have a very hard time wading though his obtuse language in order to find out where he stands.

I dint dislike Kerry, but I am having a really hard time understanding how he suddenly vaulted into such a commanding lead.
