Limbaugh: "Well, GOSH. That's just terrific news, Mr. Vice-president. Would you care to expand on that?"

Cheney: "Certainly Rushbo. Here's what I mean and why I can say that.
If you just ignore the confusing so-called facts, and the civil war, and the insurgents, and the snipers, and the IEDs, and the niggling little specifics of any given temporary plateau in our march to progress and victory in the war against terror, which is being blown all out of proportion anyway, and disregard our meager casualties, and the smattering of collateral damage, and stand way back and kind of tilt your head to the right and close one eye and squint through the other one so that everything looks blurry then any reasoning person can clearly see that in the general, overall situation, taking the long view, they're just doing remarkably well in Iraq.
