8. I'm glad he's not running, but that number surprised me.
I think he needs more foreign policy experience, but I can see why he's popular with Dems, so I certainly wasn't expecting 69 percent!

3. Disconcerting. HR has the highest concentration of military in the state.
I guess they don't vote in VA.

4. It's now Webb 49.48% to Allen 46.1% keep in mind this...
is only a newspaper on line poll and they are not relieable but it is fun watching this poll change every min. and Allen's not doing good so far

If so, no poll, including exit poll matters.
Allen is election-proof.
