Mark Foley isn't to blame!
None of this is his fault! Technology is the culprit -- those damn internets! If that interconnected series of tubes had never been invented, there would be no SMS, and Foley wouldn't have been able to send lurid text-messages to an underaged page. This never would have happened 20 years ago. How is it that no one has laid this on Al Gore's doorstep yet, and when can we expect the Reptilicans to do so?

After all, he keeps talking about it, and where there's GHGs, there's fire.
