How Do We Help Defeat Hastert & Shimkus In Illinois - Check This Out.....
Illinois 19th District is the Shimkus district. His website already has a alibi for his actions in this scandal.

Here's a link: http://www.house.gov/shimkus /

Shimkus is running against a Democrat named Danny Stover.

Stover has a chance now - need suggestions as to how we take this seat from Shimkus?

What about Denny Hastert? He's in the Illinois 14th District. Here's a link to his website that doesn't acknowledge this scandal yet. http://www.house.gov/hastert /

Hastert is running against a John Laesch (D). Checkout Laesch's blog about FoleyGate here: http://www.john06.com/node/298#comment

Laesch also has a chance now - how about some suggestions as to how can we take this seat from Hastert.

What an opportunity.

2. Hastert is not wildly popular in his district
He beat an unknown English teacher 55-45 last time. That's not much in a GOP district.

4. .
I suppose they could need some contributions? The democratic leadership should really invest some money if there is a chance to get rid of someone like Hastert.

9. I recently donated money to John after the Foley scandal.
Do you know if his donations have gone up substantially in the last couple of days since Foley/Hastert/Shimkus?

11. Yes with your help from the DU Johnis picking up cash
We need as much as we can get right now. Think about Hastert beat by a person who owes nothing to the DCCC and DNC he will be the real deal. I know John he is a good man and care about you and me

10. .
He sounds like a good Dem. His issues reminded me a little bit of Kerry.

If the graphics are accurate, he seemed to have raised more than 100k which I guess is not too bad.

5. This could be a good ad against Hastert?
Someone else in DU posted these already, but I couldn't find the thread. (Fortunately, I saved the image links.)
