As President Bush has called for the declassification of a key intelligence document, the National Intelligence Estimate, it calls to concern many key issues for prayer:

* Pray that no damage will be done to American security due to the release of this document
* Pray that the recommendations in the document that are not already being implemented by our government will be judiciously pursued with success
* Pray for a perception of failure by jihad on the part of all in the Muslim world
* Pray for moderate, mainstream Muslim voices to emerge, creating a respectable alternative to jihad and providing a powerful weapon in the war on terror

Pray for President Bush as on September 29 he welcomes to the White House President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan to discuss democracy promotion, the war on terror, energy diversification, expanding prosperity, and our common commitment to working together to advance freedom and security. Pray also as on October 2 he meets with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to enhance the strategic partnership between the United States and Turkey and to discuss increased cooperation in the War on Terror, advancing freedom in Lebanon, Iraq, and the broader Middle East.
