I think if most people knew about the basics of habeas corpus, they would be against this bill. I think what the Democrats fear, is that the media will frame them as being soft on terror if they filibuster.

However, we know they will frame Democrats for being soft on terror anyway.

This vote only works if it flies under the radar.

What the conservatives are doing is dastardly, and all we need is a few days to get the message out. Clearly, and in laymen's terms, what this means for the future of America.

They should be the ones who are afraid of how bad they will look for even conceiving of this bill.
