My hubby heard someone say this on NPR (he doesn't remember who said it):

Hugo Chavez was wrong. George W Bush is NOT the Devil; he's the Devil's Advocate.

Dick Cheney is the Devil.

1. Yes, Bush is saying god speaks to him... I'm just not sure which
god he's refering to. His god must be the devil, because Jesus wouldn't murder and toture people.

such as the Jehovah in Old Testament and Jesus in New Testament.

Jehovah would take extreme delight in breaking the bones of His enemies.

Jesus would simply forgive their transgressions.

In Judeo-Christianity, you can have your cake and eat it, too.

Rational minds should tell us that Bush has played this god-card to death except for the most simple-minded of US voters (i.e., those hundreds and thousands of people who religiously follow the nutcases like Fallwell, Robertson and those other mental sickos).
