Or, in more simplistic terms...

Bill drove the car for 8 hours.

George takes over and drives for about 45 minutes, and crashes the car.

Who's responsible for the crash?

Bill was responsible enough to get the car through an 8 hour trip.

George barely managed to drive it responsibly for 45 minutes, despite warnings, before he crashed it.

Why you blaming Bill?

Unfortunately Bill was TOLD to turn over the car keys. I'll be he could have driven another 8 hours with no problems.

Too bad he had to turn the car over to someone who barely had a learner's permit, and can't even take responsibility.

4. And while he was driving the car for those 8 hours, George's friends
were playing the radio loud, hanging out the windows, and pretty much trying to get Bill to crash...but he was such a great driver that he didn't.

5. Forgot to mention the Conservative babies crying in the back seat
... for the last two hours that Clinton was behind the wheel.

7. I noticed that myself, just a bit too late!
So we got the kids playing in the car, babies crying in the back..... now how about the Republican led Congress as the 'mother in law' being a back seat driver?
