3. So what kinds of torture did they agree to?
Somewhere along the line it seems to me that this is going to have to be spelled out in the law or it too will be "vague" as Bush complained about the Geneva Article 3.

5.  "vague" is what McCain REALLY wanted.
He did not want specific language, it's easier to obfuscate that way.

McCain was NEVER anti-torture!

6. I bet this is all about internal polling, the gop in SC is pissed at
Graham and McCain knows he has to suck up to the base.
