I wonder if the prospect that he might escape impeachment is more worrisome to most voters. The plain truth is that should the Dems control the House and Conyers has hearings above basement level and with subpoena power, the facts turned up may make impeachment unavoidable if the members take their oaths to protect the Cosntitution even half-way seriously.
