Tweety thought that Chavez' comment about the odor of sulphur lingering at the podium after Bush's appearance was a "sophomoric" joke about FARTS! He went on and on about it.

Chavez had just called Bush the devil. The devil lives in hell. Hell smells like SULPHUR because of all the burning brimstone.
