6. Spoken, or uploaded? I love Ryan and remember
his speech, but he hasn't sounded off like he did in this speech lately, or am I missing something?

7. It was upload on Aug 26, 2006.
The actual speech could be from 2004, but Im not sure. All I know is I was surfing You Tube and stumbled over it.

Ive always been impressed with him though. He's a great congressman.
