There goes the GOP/Bush again: Changing the Laws to suit themselves.
People in Power fall into 2 groups...

1. They use the Laws to further the Peoples Wants and Needs

2. They attempt to change the Laws to Further Themselves

Bush is even doing it worse/// he wants to change the Law to be retroactive 5 years.. WTF?

RECLAIFICATION? I bet it took him 4 hours to memorize how to pronounce it...never mind the meaning...

1. Nah, there are 3 types of people in power:

1. Those that follow the law.
2. Those that don't.
3. Those that follow the law -- retroactively.

Right now, the Bushies are in camp #2. They desperately want to be in #3. The first one, on the other hand, has never been a concern.
