Bush is both Scylla and Charybdis for the GOP
I see from the news that Dems are tying GOP candidates to Bush. That's good. But, IMO, they also ought to tie GOP candidates who try to distance themselves from Bush to disloyalty.

Proximity to Bush brings Dems, independents, and GOP moderates to the Dem ticket. Disloyalty to Bush keeps Bush lovers at home. GOP candidates have both monsters to face.

by first asking of his opponent, "He's Bush's choice--is he yours?" I even gave it a name: Operation Bush Brush.

There was a thread here just the other day with a GOP commercial bragging that the candidate had voted against Bush about something. In no time at all, someone put up a pic with the candidate hanging out with Bush, LOL!
