Vice president to speak at fundraiser in Maine (50 guests=$100,000)
CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine — Vice President Dick Cheney is coming to Maine on Monday to attend a private fundraiser.

Cheney is scheduled to deliver remarks at a private luncheon in Cape Elizabeth to raise money for Republican candidates running for the state Legislature this fall. No public events are planned.

About 50 people will attend the luncheon and more than $100,000 is expected to be raised, said Julie O´Brien, executive director of the Maine Republican Party.
