Yeah, you know. The one about Casey's campaign contributors being criminals?

Seems to me Santorum himself defrauded Allegheny County out of at least $10000 by falsely filing his homestead exemption. He doesn't live in Penn Hills. He had others living in his house. It clearly states on the Homestead exemption form it is for PRIMARY RESIDENCE.

Now let's ask the question again...Who is the criminal?

This is clearly the move a desperate person, grasping at straws because he has nothing else. He's out in November and he knows it.
