Snow Lies About Hussein-Zarqawi "Relationship"
Contrary to last week's Senate report, at yesterday’s press briefing, White House Press Secretary Tony Snow insisted Saddam had a “relationship” because Al-Zarqawi was in the country.

Lies, lies, lies.

3. he's only the mouthpiece
someone told him -- i'm guessing cheney -- to stick with the company line.

the president said he wanted to see unity -- he didn't say that he meant unity behind his administration's flawed view of the world.

2. When Snow tells the truth
That will be news.

Saw the jerk on CNN this morning weaseling out of Boner's comment (Yes I know that isn't how HE spells it)

To give the interviewer credit, he mostly did not let him get away with it. But he still never got a straight answer.

4. By that logic ,George Bush must have had a relationship with Atta...
...because he was in the country--which is, frankly, more credible than the idea that Saddam Hussein knew al-Zarqawi.

5. it's semantics
the administration is trying to use word games to justify the war, because all of its other reasons (WMDs, operational links between saddam and al qaeda) have been proven false.
