Cheney to campaign for candidate who harassed his wife with a shotgun
http://www.rawstory.com/news/2006/Cheney_stumps_for_GOPer_who_bullied_0912.html

Vice President Dick Cheney will be attending a fundraiser for Rep. Randy Kuhl (R-NY) in late September, today's issue of Roll Call reports.

The Vice President and Kuhl have each earned a measure of infamy for incidents involving firearms. Cheney accidentally shot his hunting partner Harry Whittington in the face earlier this year, while according to divorce records obtained by RAW STORY, Kuhl once bullied his wife with shotguns. RAW STORY has archived the divorce filing here

The San Francisco Chronicle noted in a 2004 article that Kuhl had past run-ins with the law, including an arrest in 1997 for drunken driving. Kuhl's license was suspended for six months

3. I spoke at length with Kuhl's opponent, Eric Massa, last summer
Eric told an hilarious story about how UnKuhl, literally, could not qualify for the local school board because of his record.

The bigger the crimes, the more attractive the person is to Republicans.

he is also coming to Dallas, PA next Monday to campaign for Don SHerwood in PA 10
Sherwood -you remember- had to settle a $5.5 million dollar lawsuit brought by his 29 year old mistress of 5 years after she called the cops on him and said he was choking her.
And the repugs are said to be going "dirty" and "personal" in the campaign???

8. Here in Rochester MoveOn aired a spot saying he got caught
"red handed" accepting dough from contractors like halliburton, very good commercial.

Kuhl's folks responded with a nasty, rapid "moveon are liars and they know it" (it was really that blunt and nasty) response commercial.
