LIHOP advocates for making this part of a platform for elections

since it is an issue by default by Republicans and BFEE-how can this best be used.

My only thought is the demand for the truth.

What are your thoughts on LIHOP-aka "intelligence failure" in campaigning?

1. Dems should quote the August 6th PDB at every opportunity.

They should lose no opportunity to show that the candidate in question has the same willful ignorance that brought us 9/11. We need to bust the myth that the GOP cares about security. We need to verbally attack loudly and often.

Bill Clinton, Al Gore or John Kerry had been president on September 11th, there would not have been a terrorist attack because those men did not need a terrorist attack. bush need and wanted some sort of terrorist attack because his handlers knew that terror and fear are the only thing to sustain a republican administration in the 21st century. (Just listen to any right wing hater with a microphone on the radio to validate my point.) That and the thought that capturing the oil fields was possible and good.

bush let it happen. Those who support him, enable him. Evidence, there sure are a helluva lot of republicans in congress wanting to keep their jobs doing their damndest to distance themselves from the decider.

3. Bush and Clinton and 1898

Clinton had the OKC attack to deal with, originating from a rightwing agenda, a certain Timothy McVeigh who was mad about the Waco incident. But there were and still are some unanswered questions about that attack.

Bush had a fraudulent election to deal with, prior to 9-11 attacks. A rightwing SCOTUS handed the election from Gore to Bush. He had nothing to loose with LIHOP and everything to gain. In fact, a MIHOP scenario seems just as logical to me, Bush has a total disregard for human life and liberty, except for his own and his immediate family and friends. It would not surprise me that the whole thing was an inside job and planned for years in advance.

What about those mysterious White House codes which were broken on the same day? Or the military-grade anthrax traced to Army bio labs in Maryland?

Going backward a bit, the mysterious (and still unsolved) explosion of the Battleship Maine in Havana caused the start of America's first imperialist series of wars, beginning in 1898. It was blamed on "Spanish agents", just like 9-11 was blamed on Al Qaida. Based on what I know about the US ruling classes today, it now also seems logical to me that the Maine was targetted for destruction, an inside job, LIHOP or MIHOP, most likely the latter. Innocent people are like pawns in this game.

5. All kinds of reports and warnings were ignored, from law enforcement,

FBI, anti-terrorist units in our military and intelligence community, their counterparts in foreign services, diplomats, informants...all this was ignored by people and organizations with names and histories within the George W. Bush "administration".

There are no more "coincidences" or excuses about bureaucracy because this administration purged many highly experienced supervisory and key people throughout the entire structure of government and replaced them with their own extremist political ideologues.
