What I just don't get.....

Some time ago there was some research done that conservatives and liberals think differently in a biological way. What I can't figure out is why the Democrats can't translate this into a huge broad and resounding message.

For example, if all of our troubles could be reduced to one thing, what would it be? Yes, that is the topic of energy dependence. This is now the overriding theme of all things. If the US could become energy independent, then many of our troubles would go way.

So, why don't the Democrats emphasize this issue?

Another issue is influence in Washington. The Dems could make great inroads if they could credibly come out and say if put back in power, Washington really will be ran different than under the republicans.

My point is, if the Dems would only latch on to a few things and really mean it, then better things would result.

1. We don't have the official podium

Bush gets everyone to clear the schedules everytime he has another Address *lie*lie*lie* to the Nation...

Democrats have ideas, plans, and incredible speeches that they'd love a national audience for.. They won't get it until the debates begin... Or by going on various tv shows (CNN / Hardball)

Just wait --- when America finally gets to hear from Democrats for MORE than just selected soundbites from the media, they are going to be asking themselves "WHAT TOOK SO LONG???"

America is fed up with Republicans..
