Dick Cheney Is In Denial.....Not The River...
Edited on Sun Sep-10-06 03:39 PM by rsmith6621

I was listening to this mornings NBC BEAT The PRESS.....Cheney said that we are safer with him and * in office after all we havent been hit in 5 years and taking the battle to them has kept us from that.....

Let see....The They that Cheney is talking about attact the WTC in 93 and it was 6 years later that they attacked our troops in Saudi Arabia then shortly after that the USS Cole....summing this post all up I would say that Clinton kept us safer and that Cheney is either talking out of his bungo or he he is just speculating.....I think we should take into consideration that Buses and Trains have been used in other countrys as a direct result of their direct support of the US in this insane battle......

1. ...and Tim Russert wears kneepads

to the interview. Tim lets Cheney use the show to launch into a tirade about how Iraq had "ties to terrorism" and that's today's explanation for going into Iraq. Cheney mentions that Abu Nidal was in Iraq at the time...and the stellar Russert neglects to mention that Saddam had in fact killed him.

2. May the Nile swallow up Dick Cheney and give us back Antinuous.
Cheney is lucky Christiane Amanpour was not interviewing him today.

Her questions might well have been a lot tougher than Tim's.

3. Cheney said we have not had a terrorist attack since 9/11
And Russert, the whore that he is, didn't ask about the anthrax terrorism.

That qualifies as terrorism on US soil killing US citizens.

But the media and the public have conveniently forgotten the anthrax terror.
