1. Or maybe run a disclaimer
"Paid for by the Republican party" in a constant crawl along the bottom for the duration.

2. let's not miss this opportunity. Let's let it air.
if it airs, we never again have to face this "librul media" crap again.

We can point to Scaife, big mama corporations, and more, showing that the whole accusation is a lie. A false attack. A scam. Just like everything else these neocons have done.

3. Apple Computer founder Steve Jobs is Disney's largest shareholder
I had hoped that he could be reached to somehow bring some humanity into that quarter of the mega-corpro-fascist-mega-media. (I didn't think this was worth a whole thread. Well, we will see)

5. A $40 million TV movie - with no commercials? ABC should come 100% clean.
The real story is playing a 5 hour, $40,000,000 propaganda piece 8 weeks before elections.

Disney makes Goebbels look like an amateur.

6. ABC should pull the program and use that commercial-free time on
their schedule to address the complaints made against them.

Absent this action, I favor swift and merciless legal action by the Clinton group, headed by Mssrs. Band and Lindsey, to call ABC/Disney to account for their subversion of truth.

A film on Franklin Pierce made now could not rightly or wrongly determine whether he was gay.

A film that factually, demonstrably misrepresents the truth in a narrative lived by now-living people is actionable.

ABC/Disney should apologize, provide time for the public to air grievances, or face possible legal consequences for their poor judgment.

8. Albright, Berger and Clinton? (ABC)
If the reports are true, and slander is in the 'DNA' of this film, there's no way to fix it save scrap it and start over. They may be able to use some of the background scenes and continuity shots, but not much else.

If they don't, they can expect to end up in court, and all that Disney "Pirates" money will be shovelled into payouts instead of new productions....

9. You mean on the panel? You bet. Let's get all 3 of them in there.
I think they could set the record straight for ABC/Disney real fast.

I'd add Richard Clarke to that panel, as long as we're at it.

those three get done SUING the behinds off of ABC!

I think they'd do a great job running a network, myself....

24. Yes. I would tune in to that.
I'm gonna pass on Katie Couric probably, but I'd definitely give those other 3 a listen.

11. Yank it - with a prime time apology.
ABC's actions are so transparently partisan that it's not even funny. If they have a shred of dignity and honor left, they need to pull this piece of shit off the air and make an on air apology in prime time for every intending to air it in the first place.

Likelyhood their huge egos will let them do it - less than 1%.

13. You miss their whole thought process, they just DON'T care.
They don't care what they have done to the middle class.
They don't care what they have done to the poor.
They don't care what they have done to the middle east.
They don't care what they have done to small business.
They don't care what they have done to freedom in the USA.
They just don't care about anyone but themselves.
The movie is to show to themselves how great they are.

12. They should book end each segment with equal time segments of F-9/11.
I would be happy with equal time- but they wont even do that.

14. Pull it, apologize, and divestiture
Nothing short of divesting Disney of the ABC network, especially ABC News, would satisfy me now. As long as ABC is part of Disney, it's the Republican Propaganda Broadcasting Company to me.

15. Like Their Hero "Bush" ABC Doesn't Give A Rats Ass
what liberals/democrats/historians, etc...think.

Something's fish when one network caved into the right over that stupid Reagans movie, yet our outrage is ignored time and time again on serious matters such as truth, war, stolen elections, etc....

We're so fucked!

loose change 2 or some other film exposing the real conspiracy of 9-11.
