Did you know we have captured the #2 Al Queda guy 39 times so far?

I was reading this post http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bill-maher/taking-a-number-two_b_28860.html by Bill Mahar which is very good by the way and in the comments section it was mention. The poster didn't provide any source, but it sounds about right to me because I recall a lot of headlines about how we got the number 2 of Al Queda in mulitiple countries in the Middle East.

remember the old Avis car rental commercial? The #2 All Qaeda dude is like Avis, I think.
Only problem is it always gets him captured.
