Anybody watching the debate on CSpan2 on Rumsfeld
and the Democratic resolution giving Rumsfeld a vote of no cofidence.

Sen. Reed put this resolution on the floor just after the caucus luncheon. A succession of speakers, Dem then Repub, have been talking about it.
