Michael Whouley....
This is the guy who ran Gore's GOTV program in 2000.

Two questions...

Did he run Kerry's GOTV in 2004?
Where is he now? DSCC, DCCC, DNC?


We really need to put together a massive, effective, efficient, GOTV effort in 2006. This election will be won by firing up and turning out the base.

He is working with Rahm now.
