Is there a Shakespearean discussion group at Free Republic?
bush might go there to wax philosophical about being or not being and stuff. He would be welcome by his intellectual peers and the conversations about plot twists and developments and syntax would go on for days.

A veritable free republic on Avon.

3. The question is; Is there a Straussium Philosophy discussion group?
And do they know even who Leo Strauss was and what his views were and how his thoughts influenced the neo-con movement?

6. If anything they would be debating Camus
and whether or not it is pronounced Kay-muss (ala Reagan) and if W is abusing Ronnie's legacy by not (mis)pronouncing it the same way.

It does. In some weird way it does, doesn't it? Kafka's The Metamorphosis springs to mind.

9. Deadeye Dick apparently followed Smirky's advice on his last hunting trip.

"First, kill all the lawyers."
