Death of A President (Bush) clip shown on FOX NEWS

They're showing the clip of the fake Bush assassination on Fox, I am telling you it looked
real to me, first they show the motorcade will all the police and then the shooting scene
is in black & white looks like the Dallas in 63. Then you see him shot and hunching over
in black and white photo montage style. They said it was a lookalike, I am telling you
that it looked pretty darn real to me, while they are saying that it will not be shown;
they are showing it.

I went to Fox News, they had this photo from the Daily Mail, it is from the Brit

That's what I think is all about--it's purpose is to generate sympathy and outrage. I myself am offended, but not by the fact that this could endanger the President. I'm offended by the artistic laziness of the authors.

They couldn't have made an equally effective and convincing movie WITHOUT using the current president's name? Of course they could have, if they'd have the brains and talent and artistic integrity. Simply slapping Bush's name on the movie turns it into a cheap publicity stunt--and even it if didn't, that ship sailed with Forrest Gump.

The authors are no better than the guy who has sculpted Britney Spears giving birth, Hillary Clinton topless, and Suri Cruise's poop--would he be getting an ounce of attention if gave his work names like "Idiot Birthing With Hips Elevated?"

Who has sucked up to him more that Fox, why are they showing this, they say in the voice
commentary that the movie is really about the aftermath; meanwhile, they are showing him
hunched over from being shot. I am telling you that I saw Lee Harvey Oswald shot to death
on Tv when I was a kid, and this brought me chills, it reminded me so much of the black &
white shots of the Kennedy shooting.

I'm with you 100%...I can't think of a time in my life when a president was so hated world wide. I think FOX was trying to drum up sympathy for Bush. -That, or publicly show the most popular scene of the movie, in hopes to keep ticket sales down.

I must admit that I agree with you about them always showing fake news and their earlier clip on Abu Ghraib=happy ending; they failed to mention that there were 3600 prisoners still left there and they all remain in US custody. They gave the impression that the bulk had been released which is not true.

they just said that this was rarely done regarding a sitting president and then they showed footage of 24, where they tried to kill the president by blowing up air force one, but that
didn't count because he was just a fictional president. (ha, ha), my summary of course but
then they went on to say that this was a British film and asked opinions of 2 people who
said it was in poor taste and then announced that it would not be shown in the US. But,
I am thinking you just did show it.

when they were clearing the path for Rumsfeld to visit a few years ago.

That was depressing and upsetting.

This movie is provacative only in that it's about a sitting president. It's not a fantasy snuff film or any nonsense like that. It's a mock documentary that allows us to speculate about an alternate future.

They said that Brit Channel 4 is mostly young people and they hate Bush and the movie
was made for their audience. It will not be shown on US TV but Fox played the clip from it
last night. The clip that is shown here.
