Toward a permanent democratic minority
I know this was a little while ago but on July 25, 2006 the senate voted on S403 - A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion decisions.

Courageous Repubs - voted No
Chafee (R-RI)
Collins (R-ME)
Snowe (R-ME)
Specter (R-PA)

Cowardly Dems - who voted Yes
Bayh (D-IN)
Byrd (D-WV) - Still a proud member of the Klan?
Carper (D-DE)
Conrad (D-ND) - Duh!
Dorgan (D-ND)
Inouye (D-HI)
Johnson (D-SD)
Kohl (D-WI)
Landrieu (D-LA) - Duh!
Nelson (D-FL)
Nelson (D-NE) - Duh!
Pryor (D-AR)
Reid (D-NV) - great leadership, Harry
Salazar (D-CO) - Duh!

Perennial Fence Sitter - DiFi
Feinstein (D-CA) - didn't vote!

It's still NONE of their FUCKING business!

2. There is no excuse for Feinstein's wishy-washy middleground way.
I'm so fucking sick of her. She is from a very blue state. She should be out there as a strong liberal. Instead, she frequently gives aid and comfort to the enemy. I wish a real progressive would challenge her in the primary when she's up for re-election.

3. Anyone care to do the obligatory DLC check on the

Should we EVEN BOTHER?

4. They're all DLC, according to the list I have in my files...
We shouldn't have to bother by now, should we?
