How can the MSM not know if what's going on in Iraq is Civil War or not?

How can the MSM not know if what's going on in Iraq is Civil War or not?
Is it going to take Bush, Rummy or Condi saying it before they figure out what the fuck is right in front of their damn faces and noses. For christ sake, just because the current administration wants to send a message doesn't mean you have to sprew it forth like you have no fucking brain and ability to think for yourself. What started this rant is CNN little question mark after civil war? on the dumb ass situation room. Dumb asses don't even know what a situation is.

Compare American Civil War, English Civil War, Spanish Civil War.

2. Maybe the English Civil War, Spanish Civil War is throwing them since
Iraqi Civil War isn't mention. Must mean its not happening.
