They have been trying to instill fear in the Midwest lately. Recent "busted" plots have been linked to Chicago, including an air flight today. Of course this is a Friday dump in the gossip column but it did lead. They do get a generous amount of propaganda from the media. No problem getting their message out.

On 9/11/01, the air force was conducting war games and flight exercises, both of which led to much confusion and chaos for air traffic controllers when pilots radio'd in their emergency broadcasts...that same morning the CIA were running a pre-planned simulation to explore the emergency response issues that would be created if a plane were to strike a building.

On 7/7/05, the morning of the London Underground bombing, a consultancy agency with government and police connections was running an exercise for an unnamed company that revolved around the London Underground being bombed at the exact same times and locations as happened in real life on the morning of July 7th.

Yup, Chicago, you'd better start panicking...
