1. Unpunished crime should be the trademark of the Democratic Party!

Reagan got away with it, GHB did too, why shouldn't the most criminal administration in our history walk away unscathed, making us the laughingstock of the civilized world? Don't you think that the World will see this as an endorsement of that criminality? Bad advice, a terrible move, the wrong thing to do.

Justice for all of the dead is required. Meek acceptance of what these people have done is the kind of thing that will inspire me to emigrate. That will convince me I really don't belong here, in a Nation that endorses terrible crimes against humanity. That course makes a joke of every protest, every letter to the editor, every peace action we have taken in the last years.

2. And it makes a very bad, pathetic joke of every life that has been

squandered in Iraq, sacrificed on bush's altar of lies, arrogance, selfishness, and greed. This MUST be done, or else all those precious dead will have died in vain. It's the only thing we have left - to give their sacrifice any meaning - to hold those accountable who sent them to their deaths. It simply MUST be done.
