to do so in that area. I think they will use it to demonstrate how they were able to fend off the Dem expectations and turn them around. In other words, they will use races like Spratt's to distract from stealing it wherever they can ALL OVER the country.

You cannot BELIEVE The money and signage being poured into Norman, and I think it is being done so people in that district can easily ACCEPT that Norman knocked off such a strong Dem like Spratt.
