Verdict Against Iraq Contractor Overturned
"Although "the CPA was principally controlled and funded by the U.S., this degree of control did not rise to the level of exclusive control required to qualify as an instrumentality of the U.S. government," the 23-page ruling said. "In fact, the evidence clearly establishes that it was created through and governed by international consent."

1. I would say 'amazing' but it's what I've come to expect. What makes me
laugh is that the ruling tries to imply that the 'coalition of the duplicitous' was run by all of the countries that 'back' the attack on Iraq. That the decisions were all joint decisions made by one and all with no one country really calling the shots.

What a bunch of bullshit.
