Our president throws a tantrum ......
Edited on Fri Aug-18-06 10:57 AM by Husb2Sparkly
Chucklenuts was just doing a presser from Camp David (is he EVER not on vacation???). He was whining about the ruling yesterday.

"I'll be 'insteristed' in seeing how other 'poli-icy' makers react to this."

Fuck you, you felon.

And does he ever not have a bullet proof vest on? Even at Camp David, as secure a place as any on Earth, there he is with an obvious vest outline as he plods away from the podium, head down and lookin' all sullen an shit.

I HATE these people.

edit to correct spelling .... and to add this:

Y'ever notice when he's not comfortable with what he's saying, he has lots of 'sss' sounds in his otherwise slurred speaking style?

'insteristed' was the jewel this morning. Lazy tongue? Nervous habbit? An artifact from his little chimpo days days before he was given the gift of speech?

21. Not mine, either. I do NOT acknowledge the legitimacy of his
so-called "presidency." I won't ever acknowledge that. He's nothing but an imposter, a squatter in AL GORE'S White House.

3. Sorry. My president is Al Gore.
He would have cruised to re-election.

That creep squatting in the White House is a criminal.

20. Yes, he would be.
And perhaps he would not have morphed into a neocon neonut.

FWIW, I couldn't stand him running with Gore. Something about him always gave me a hinky feeling. Now I know why. :(

4. bullet proof vest
He always wears it, as far as I can tell. You think he's paranoid? (Nothing else he believes is fact based.)

5. See my post on the WaPo editorial today....
Very similar to the Rovian editorials "A Good Leak" (re: Wilson) and the one blasting the retired generals who called for Rummy to resign.

It seems the White House puts out these scripts, then quotes the media quoting them. I'll bet we'll see the same language used by the rightwingers on teevee in the next few days. (The only thing the WP left out was "the Constitution is not a suicide pact.")

6. I think that's a common Texan pronunciation...
and the vest may be because of Cindy Sheehan? She does scare the pants off him.

7. So, does he need lower extremities coverage?
Maybe just a jock strap, a ball cup, and SS personnel always kneeling around him

22. I think it's some level of drunkenness.
What always strikes me about his speech patterns is the annoying habit he has of OVER-eee-NUN-SEE-AAY-ting certain words - frequently words of more than two syllables. I remember that trick. I saw it at every dorm party and other college gathering among those who'd had too much to drink, and were trying desperately to fake that they were still sober when they talked. Just exactly.

12. He is so lethargic while reading his prepared remarks.
If he were a student in a speech class he would be targeted for either remediation or a trip to the school's nurse for a drug test.

15. the slurring of s has been noted
Some Du-ers have noticed this for some time now. Rumsfeld, Bush I, and some others do it, too. A slight lisp on the letter S when lying. Richard Nixon also lisped his S's when he was under stress.

17. He reminds me of Co-Co...
Remember the episode of Seinfeld where George wanted a cool nickname and decided on T-bone, but when someone else took it, he flipped out and started flailing his arms in the air like and ape, thus his coworkers started calling him Co-Co. As in oo-oo-ahh-ahh.

I imagine something along the same lines with chimpy McMonkeypants*. Flailing all over the place and getting angry like the ape he* is.
