He canardly be Proactrive because he is stuck on Level ONE...unable to envision Level 2 and 3 solutions...

He needs a paradigm shift to higher Levels but is unable to even comprehend the concept...

Ask him what efforts has his org made to foster and maintain PEACE and watch his reaction....

BTW Level 2 excludes Peters and Cronies...focusing on those that are competent....

I was thinking more along the lines of, does he realize that if we, many working people, made such blunders, we would be out of a job. And the follow up to that would be-how fortunate does he feel, that their is no accountability for him in his job.

7. Ask Jerkoff why we are still using pilot programs years after 9/11

for bomb detection and other airport screening methods?

Why aren't the chemical plants secured?

Why are we still outsourcing port security & why aren't there more secure?

Some of the 9/11 terrorist were still in the US after their visas had expired. What are we doing about the millions of illegals whose visas have expired? Shouldn't they be deported? Why aren't those laws being enforced?

primarily focused on image and politics. Can you give me one example of an actual POLICY that you are advocating or pursuing that would arguably make our country more secure? (Hint: attacking more countries, raising threat levels and giving more money to red states don't count.)

As you no doubt know, Mr. Chertoff, thousands of cargo containers come through our ports every day. What scrutiny do they go through? Are containers matched with labels? Do any containers come through that aren't on a ship's manifest? How many? Or do you even know? And if not, why not?

I realize that eight ounces of explosive liquid in a hair gel bottle is scary as all get out. What level of scary do you assign an uninspected cargo container that goes from ship to shore to truck across the country without so much as a dog sniff?
