O'Reilly: "Anti-Bush Crowd" is "furious with last week's London arrests"
Politicizing the War on Terror
Tuesday, August 15, 2006
By Bill O'Reilly

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,208405,00.html

The anti-Bush crowd is furious with last week's terror arrests in London because it might help Bush administration and the Republicans in the critical upcoming November election.

The left is putting forth that the president is trying to scare people and that his policies have increased the danger from the jihadists. Now you can decide whether you're scared or not. And it's impossible to say with any uncertainty that the Iraq conflict has made the War on Terror worse.

Surely things were bad when the USA was mostly ignoring the terrorists. Our embassies were attacked in Africa. A warship bombed off the coast of Yemen. Muslim fascists in Afghanistan persecuted their own people and allowed Al Qaeda to train for 9/11. So it's hard to see that America's soft approach to terror was very effective back then.

Now "Talking Points" is open to specific terrorist strategy, but also believes Democrats have not yet put forth a plan to defeat the terrorists. Simply criticizing Bush is not a plan.

2. I haven't heard
anyone say they were furious about the arrests. I wish he'd cite a couple of quotes. Sure there were people who were skeptical, but that's not so over the top considering how BushCo operates.

Link, O'Lielly, Link.

6. 9/11 Happened on Their Watch
Don't ever let them forget it.

Hell has yet to be paid by those Bush Administration officials whose malfeasance made it possible. Trial by trial, the truth will come out.

7. The "left" has a plan.
How many times must Wesley Clark hand O'Lielly's butt to him on a silver platter before he hears it?

8. Furious, Billo?
Perhaps you could provide examples and specifics. I don't know anyone who's furious about the London arrests. Skeptical, yes. Cynical, you betcha. Suspicious, in spades. But "furious"? I don't think that word means what you think it means, Billo.

10. o'reilly carrying the republican war on terror forward.
it doesn't matter that this cat shit sucking tapeworm is lying -- all the matters is that democrats in the beltway -- those with the only chance of amjor media mic time don't attack bushco over and over again re: his failures on terror and the war in iraq.

it's going to take a concerted effort on the part of the hill gang to make this a taboo subject for folks like o'reilly.
