More terminal hypocrisy from a repug
(couldn't find a thread about this, and think it's funny enough to post...)

Mean Jean Schmidt (OH-2) got a lot of ink late last week in the local reich's propaganda rag,
The Cincinnati Enquirer, regarding her recent purchase of a 2007 E85-capable Chevy Tahoe.
Rated at 16mpg city, 20 highway - or 11 and 14 if a 4WD. The Tahoe is a short wheelbase
version of the Suburban, favorite ride of the SS and of country club types hauling Airstreams.

The press release indicated that she was buying this to provide income to Ohio corn farmers,
and not to the terrorists in the Middle East...her way of fighting the war on terra.

The supreme irony is that the nearest E85 pump is more than 40 miles away in Dayton, and
next nearest is in Circleville, about 85 miles. The other TEN or so E85 sources in the entire state
of Ohio are in the north of the state.

Beyond that, her statement implies (although I'm certain it never occured to her) that the Saudi
royal family, ARAMCO and everyone who has their claws in the oil income stream are...terrists!

This is typical of the stupidity of her campaign. I sometimes wonder if the rethug House leadership
has a litmus test which denies anyone with a plus-100 IQ from running for, or becoming, a member
of their caucus.

Enjoy her demonstration of how bizarre the typical reich-wing rfethug truly is these days.

1. Someone should follow her around with a camera for a few days...
...to see if she bothers making the 80 mile round trip to the E85 pump. I'm betting she'll be straight down the local Chevron station from day one and the corn farmers won't see a cent of her money.

2. Of course she has a low IQ
she came from the Ohio Statehouse, where the GOP scrapes the bottom of the barrel when filling seats.

No brains, all extremist right wing attitude.

3. The GOPers don't have to search out stupid candidates
They self-select.
